Do you have an idea for a quilt that you would love to have but you do not have the ability to make it yourself? I would love to bring that idea to life for you. If you have an idea, I will sketch out a plan that we agree on and then I will provide you with the details and a price before moving forward with your quilt. If you already have a pattern that you would like to have, and you would love to have that quilt, but you just do not have the tools to make it yourself, that is where I can help. Instructions:

• Please complete the form below with the details about what you would like me to make for you. I will provide you with a quote or reach out to you to get more information. The cost of the quilt will be comprised of time plus materials.  
• I will prepare a quote and send an invoice for a deposit for 50% of the cost of materials. Payment of deposit will indicate acceptance of the quote. 
• The remaining amount, including tax and shipping, will be invoiced and due at the completion of quilt.
