My story
After retiring as a CFO in 2022, I returned to quilting—a hobby I had paused while raising my three children. Quilting quickly became my main focus, inspiring me to establish Kentuckiana Country Quilt Shop in 2024, where I share my quilt patterns and creations with a broader community of artists.
What began as a personal journey soon blossomed into something greater than I could have anticipated. The camaraderie and creativity I found within the quilting community were astonishing. Each new stitch connected me to fellow enthusiasts, and every pattern shared became an invitation to collaborate and celebrate artistry. Through the Kentuckiana Country Quilt Shop, I discovered not only a renewed sense of purpose, but also a vibrant network of makers who inspire me daily. Together, we transform fabric and thread into cherished heirlooms and works of art, weaving stories with every block and border.
